Refrigerated Container Transportation Case
Cargo status:SHEKOU---DUBAI FRUIT TRANSPORTATION 1*40RF
There is a big difference between the transportation operation of refrigerated cabinets and that of ordinary cabinets. It is necessary to always pay attention to determine the temperature inside the cabinet and PTI(pretesting inspect).
When we transport fruits and vegetables, we have strict requirements on the quality of our customers' goods after they arrive at the port. This is why we must prepare well before transportation. We need to be very careful in controlling the pre-cooling of the container before loading and the temperature after loading.
The working principle of the freezer: Refrigerated containers are generally equipped with a built-in refrigeration device at the front end of the box. When the refrigerator is working, cold air blows out from the ventilation duct at the rear end of the box, passes through the gaps between the ridges on the box wall and the ventilation guide rails at the bottom of the box, passes through the cold air suction port on the front wall, and returns to the refrigerator for recycling. In order to improve the cooling effect, the walls, top and bottom of the entire refrigerated container are covered with insulating materials. The working temperature of the refrigerated container is between -28℃~+26℃. According to the needs of the cargo type, it can be automatically adjusted to keep the temperature inside the container constant.
The advantages of container freezers mainly include:
1.Good heat insulation and air tightness: Container freezers have good heat insulation and air tightness, which can effectively maintain the temperature of goods and are suitable for transporting temperature-sensitive goods, such as meat, fruits, etc.
2.Suitable for a variety of transportation methods: Container freezers are suitable for international shipping and other transportation methods. It has more than ten years of international shipping experience, has long-term cooperative relationships with many mainstream shipping companies, and has obvious price advantages.
Packing and port collection of goods: The container needs to be pre-cooled before going to the warehouse for loading. The container is then pulled by a trailer to the warehouse for loading and delivery to the dock to complete the port collection work. Then the shipping company will make unified arrangements for boarding the ship. After boarding the ship, check the temperature inside the container and set the appropriate temperature to prevent damage to the goods due to temperature during transportation.
After completing the shipment, confirming the cost and bill of lading, the ship's voyage was also tracked via GPRS. The finance department receives the shipowner's ocean freight invoice and the ground company's port miscellaneous fee invoice, and issues an invoice to the customer. After the customer's payment is completed, we pay the fees to the shipowner and the ground company, and the shipowner releases the original bill of lading. Complete shipping transactions.
